Learn about the different grains we work with–where they come from, how and why we mill them ourselves, and ways to incorporate them into your own baking at home. For comparison, we’ll make some yeasted and quick breads using fresh milled wheat, rye, spelt and corn. Comfortable attire and non-slip shoes highly recommended. Masks not required but suggested.
